Over the last 15+ years, Glenair Inc. has grown its established Distribution Sales Channel. We do not dictate to our customer base how to buy our companies products nor by what channel.

In addition with a no minimums policy (order size or quantity) we believe it’s our customer’s decision to obtain our company’s products in the manner that suits their material requirements planning the best.

Inside Sales Support

Support from a local perspective is imperative for building good partnerships with our customers as well.

Our Customer Service Manager, Lisa Fenton is able to directly handle order entries, expedites, and manage critical deliveries for our customers. Lisa has over 20 years experience in inside sales and customer service. Our team is also able to provide pricing as needed or initiate quotes through our full access to the factory’s quoting system.

While each customer has the choice to utilize our local resource or a factory based inside sales person, we pride ourselves on having experienced personnel on staff with decades of industry experience.
